AT THE RENTAL UNIT

The homes managed by JMH are privately owned and are not part of a resort. During snow and ice conditions JMH will be happy to provide whatever assistance possible to our guests. Unfortunately, JMH insurance does not allow JMH to provide emergency services such as towing or any kind or transportation service to rental units. Since winter snow is normally minimal and unpredictable in this area, private snow plows are not readily available. Driveways are generally not plowed.
IN GATLINBURG - City streets are normally plowed but secondary and remote roads are rarely plowed. JMH cannot be responsible for road or drive conditions or for how guests drive or the expense and/or coordination of tow trucks. Please, have a great time in the snow but remember to exercise extreme caution during snow & ice conditions.

GUESTS BRINGING TRAILERS OR CAMPERS:
Due to the hilly topography and limited parking in the Gatlinburg area it can be difficult to almost impossible to find parking for trailers or large vehicles. Campers are not allowed unless they are parked at an RV lot. We are sorry but parking of guest vehicles and/or trailers in the JMH office parking lot cannot be accommodated.
